Katie Schweickert
Science, Technology, and International Affairs '26
Katie is a member of the Class of 2026 at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, majoring in Science, Technology, and International Affairs with a concentration in Global Health and Biotechnology. Originally from Philadelphia, she is deeply interested in the intersection of climate change and public health. Her passions include addressing food and water scarcity, exploring the climate-conflict nexus, and improving pandemic preparedness on a global and local scale. Katie is currently involved with the Covid Containment Program at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health and has conducted research with the Telegenetics Team at the University of Pennsylvania. Working with GHGAPS, she has deepened her understanding of global health diplomacy and looks forward to integrating community perspectives into global health discussions.
Roma Jha
Healthcare Management and Policy '26
Roma is a member of the class of 2026 of Georgetown's School of Health studying Healthcare Management and Policy. She is thrilled to be part of the 2024 GHGAPS cohort; outside of the program, she is involved with Georgetown's moot court team, international relations association, and human rights inaugural advocacy group. As an aspiring lawyer, she is interested in how intellectual property and legal frameworks can ensure populations' equitable access to medicines -- particularly health solutions for marginalized communities. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and watching sports!
Beau Kirschner
Human Science '26
Beau is a member of the class of 2026 at Georgetown University’s School of Health, where he is studying Human Science and Public Health. Beau is on the premed-track and hopes to pursue the intersection of medicine and health policy. He has a strong interest in how climate disasters impact freshwater sources and how these effects influence human health. Beau is excited to gain valuable perspectives on human and global health through his studies and experiences.
Lily Odenwelder
Global Health '26
Lily Odenwelder (she/her) is a junior in Georgetown's School of Health majoring in Global Health and minoring in Justice and Peace Studies and International Development. She is from Arlington, Virginia, and has a particular interest in women's health and pandemic preparedness, as well as the intersection of justice and healthcare. She works at the Women's Center within the Georgetown Office of Student Equity and Inclusion, plays on the ultimate frisbee team, and has participated in multiple of the cultural dance showcases on campus.

Gatik Gogia is a junior in the School of Health studying Healthcare Management and Policy.
Jacqueline Dever
Global Health '25
Jacqueline is a member of the Class of 2025 at Georgetown University’s School of Health, where she is studying global health on the pre-medical track. As part of the GHGAPS 2024 cohort, she has researched the intersection of anthropogenic climate change and undernutrition, with a particular emphasis on the role of youth in nutrition policy development. In addition to her interests in climate and health, Jacqueline is passionate about health issues related to migration in Latin America and gender inequality. She is eager to continue her engagement with these critical issues within the realm of global health governance.
